The Junior League of Saginaw Valley has made a tremendous impact in the community, providing countless volunteers hours throughout its 75 plus years of existence.  The JLSV looks for creative ways to partner with community organizations to conduct projects that relate to our focus area and that are meaningful to our members.  As a group of women we do extensive research to examine significant needs and possible projects in the Great Lakes Bay Region.

The current focus area of the Junior League of Saginaw Valley is the health and wellness of children.

The Junior League of Saginaw Valley’s commitment to training provides its members with many learning opportunities, ranging from leadership and organizational development training, program instruction and nonprofit fundraising skills.  Through this training members learn how to manage and train others, and how to collaborate with community agencies to maximize their impact.
