The Junior League of Saginaw Valley scholarship is awarded annually to college enrolled women residing in Saginaw, Bay or Midland counties with at least a 2.5 GPA.  Evaluation criteria are as follows: Community service (50); financial need (30); scholastic record (20). In the event of a tie, evaluation of each applicant's community service will be used as the tiebreaker.

The League has had many fundraising events in its history, always with the purpose of returning monies to the community through varied and needed projects.
