Dear Prospective Designer:
 
The Junior League of Saginaw Valley is currently underway with preparations for the 2010 Festival of Trees.  The festival will be held again this year at Apple Mountain Resort on November 11-13.  The money raised throughout the weekend supports the Junior League of Saginaw Valley’s mission of promoting volunteerism, training its members, and improving its community (including our signature project for the next three years – the design and build of an Outdoor Education Playscape at The Children's Zoo at Celebration Square).
 
A magical winter wonderland will be created with the donations of time, talent and materials from local businesses, artisans, florists and interior decorators.  Since 1987 thousands of people have strolled through this holiday wonderland hoping that they will be the lucky winner of a special tree or wreath.  We are asking for your support by designing and decorating a tree or wreath provided to you by the League for this event.
 
As a festival designer, your name will appear on a placard next to your display and also in the advertising program.  You will also receive admission tickets for the Festival along with the opportunity to attend our “Premiere Event” which will be held the evening of Friday, November 11.  

Click here for a Designer’s Agreement , which we would encourage you to complete and return by September 15, 2011.  Also included is the Tree/Wreath Fact Sheet that needs to be returned by September 15, 2011 as well to ensure that we meet our printing deadline.  An individual from our committee will contact you to answer any questions you may have.
 
If you are unable to participate by decorating a tree or wreath and would still like to support the Junior League of Saginaw Valley, please consider an event sponsorship. Enclosed you will find the sponsorship opportunities.
