Done in a Meeting
A few times during every League year, the Junior League of the Great Lakes Bay Region asks its active and sustaining members to help with a Done in a Meeting collection. The purpose of this collection is to quickly and easily collect items for a local organization in need. These items could be off of an organization’s wish list or they could be items that have been asked for by a particular group of people.
Past Done in a Meeting collections include:
Collection of winter clothing (coats, snow pants, boots, hats, and gloves) for the Underground Railroad and the Saginaw City Rescue Mission
Canned food collection for Hidden Harvest
Making Valentine’s cards for local veterans
